Terms & Conditions & Policies

Work does not begin on your mum/garter until

your payment has been made in FULL.

Homecoming mums and garters are custom made to fit each individual's wants, needs, and likes. 

Since each mum and/or garter is created for one individual person and typically cannot be sold to another person,
NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS.

(This is also stated on my Facebook page, order form, and invoices I send out when it is time to make payment.)

These terms and conditions are agreed to and confirmed upon once you have made your payment.


​I send progress pictures to you after each major part of the mum/garter has been completed (the crown, the skirt) and then I send a picture of the mum completed to confirm everything is correct via Facebook message or text message, depending on which option you choose whenever we discuss your homecoming mum/garter. Pictures that are sent are not edited in any way. They are taken with my phone either with or without a flash. When I am really busy I can not send progress pictures right away. Please be patient at those times, Pictures will be sent as soon as I have free time to do so.  If you message me and I do not reply right away, that means I am busy working at the moment, with a customer, or driving to meet up with someone to deliver a mum, or have a customer over picking up a mum..

 Because I send progress pictures and you confirm everything is correct before pickup/delivery, this also enforces my terms and conditions of NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS.

The ONLY exception to the No Refund Policy is if you are doing a payment plan. Upon the start of your payment plan, there is a non-refundable deposit required. This is in place for reserving your spot and the time. If the order is canceled for any reason during a payment plan, the deposit that was paid will NOT be refunded. However if any other payments were made after the deposit and the order is canceled those payments after the deposit will be refunded since the mum/garter has not been worked on.

LATE FEES/LATE FEES POLICY

Traditional mums/garters must be ordered at least 8 days or more in advance.
Themed mums/garters must be ordered at least 4 weeks or more in advance.

Late fees will be charged accordingly:

  • If ordering less than 7 days before the homecoming date a late fee of $50 will be applied to the total cost of the bill as long as I have the availability to be able to make it.

  • If ordering a themed mum, there is a requirement of making the order at least 4 weeks in advance. If ordering sooner than this, depending on availability, your order may be denied or charged a late fee of $50 that will be applied to the total cost of the bill.

  • If final payment on payment plan is not made on the final day and is made after the final day and if I still have availability to make the mum/garter then a $50 late fee will be added, along with an additional $10 late fee applied daily beyond that. If I no longer have availability then the order will be canceled. (see the payment plans discussion below for more details..

  • No orders will be accepted if ordering 4 days or less before the homecoming date. But this may also be on a case by case basis depending on my availability and the size of the mum/garter being ordered.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE!

The payment plan options are only available to those who order 4 weeks or more in advance and a non-refundable deposit is due upon the confirmation of wanting to order. The payment options will then be made as weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments with zero interest depending on how early you order and what fits your schedule the best. The final payment will be due a week before the homecoming date. If the final payment is not made on time, your order will be charged a late fee of $50 with an additional $10 late fee added daily for every day after or will be canceled depending on my availability with you receiving a refund of what you have paid towards it minus the non-refundable deposit. If I haven't received the final payment at least 4 days from the homecoming date, the order will automatically be canceled as I will not have enough time to make the mum/garter and a refund of the payments paid towards it minus the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
