1️⃣ Payments

• All orders require payment in full before production begins unless a payment plan is approved for early orders.

• Payment plans require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the order total.

• Final payment for all orders is due 2 weeks prior to the homecoming date.

• Late payments may incur a $30 late fee per day (assessed case by case).

• If full payment/final payment is not received at least 1 week prior to the homecoming date, the order may be canceled at Annie’s Mums’ discretion depending on scheduling and availability.

• Accepted payment methods are Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.

2️⃣ Ordering & Rush Fees

• Standard Mums require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

• Themed mums require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.

• Rush orders are accepted based on availability and subject to additional fees:

  • $50 for orders placed less than 2 weeks before homecoming (4 weeks for themed)

  • $75 for orders placed 1 week before (2 weeks for themed)

  • $100 for orders placed within same week with minimum of 3 days’ notice (will not accept for themed requests)

3️⃣Themed Orders

• Themed mums and garters are subject to additional charges due to the cost of sourcing specialty materials not kept in regular stock. A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required for all themed orders.

4️⃣ Pickup & Delivery

• Annie’s Mums is local pickup/meet-up only. Shipping is not available.

• Pickup/meet-up locations are prearranged through the customer’s preferred contact method and are limited to:

  • As far South from Annie's as: Buc-ees in Melissa, TX

  • As far North from Annie's as: Durant, OK

  • As far East from Annie's as: Savoy, TX

  • As far West from Annie's as: Whitesboro, TX

• Pickups are usually scheduled for the weekend before the homecoming date to allow time for completion and delivery. Mon–Wed before homecoming dates can also be arranged depending on availability.

• Customers are responsible for completing their pickup. If an order is never picked up, it may be forfeited without refund.

5️⃣ Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of each product.

• Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• If materials have been purchased or work has begun, refunds may not be granted.

• For canceled payment plan orders, you will only receive a refund for what you’ve paid after subtracting the 30% non-refundable deposit and any late fees.

6️⃣ Chargebacks & Disputes

• By placing an order with Annie’s Mums, the customer acknowledges that all sales are final due to the custom nature of each product. The customer waives the right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any order that follows the agreed-upon terms and progress photo approval process.

• In the event of a chargeback attempt, Annie’s Mums will provide all supporting documentation, including progress photos, customer approvals, and signed agreements, to dispute the claim.

7️⃣ Design Requests

• Annie’s Mums does not copy other mum makers’ exact work.

• Inspiration images are welcome; however, all mums and garters are created in Annie’s unique style.

• Customers requesting an exact replica of another maker’s work are encouraged to order from the original creator.

8️⃣ Progress Photos & Approval

• Progress photos are provided during production for verification purposes.

• Once the customer approves a design through progress photos, no major changes will be accepted.

• Progress photos are private and will not be shared publicly until the order is completed.

9️⃣ Customer Photos & Social Media

• Annie’s Mums may photograph completed mums and garters for use on social media, the website, or marketing materials.

• Customers who send in their own photos grant permission for Annie’s Mums to share them online with a logo or watermark added unless a privacy request is made at the time of submission.

🔟 Liability

• Annie’s Mums sends progress photos during creation to ensure accuracy and customer approval before pickup. Because designs are approved in advance, dissatisfaction regarding style or design is not considered grounds for refund or remake.

• Minor variations in ribbon colors, materials, or embellishments may occur due to availability and are not considered grounds for refund or remake.

• While every effort is made to accurately represent size, photos may not fully convey scale. Please note that mums and garters often appear smaller on camera than in person. Customers are encouraged to ask questions about length and flower size during the progress photo stage.

• All mums and garters are handmade and created in Annie’s Mums’ own style. Annie’s Mums does not copy, duplicate, or match any other mum maker’s work, nor are any two Annie’s Mums creations ever made exactly alike.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all progress photos for accuracy, including name spelling and colors. Any errors approved during the progress photo stage are not the responsibility of Annie’s Mums after finalization.

• Annie’s Mums is not liable for any damage to the product after pickup, including during transport or storage.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their mum or garter complies with their school’s homecoming size, noise, or dress code regulations.

• Annie’s Mums is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials used in mums and garters. Customers must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to ordering.

• All sales are final. Annie’s Mums is not liable for buyer’s remorse or changes in preference after pickup.
