💸 Payment Policy

• I do not begin working on your mum or garter until payment has been made in full.

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your spot if you are not doing a payment plan.

• Ordering early? You can choose a payment plan with a small non-refundable deposit.

• Final payment is due 2 weeks before your homecoming date so I can make sure everything is perfect and on schedule. If final payment comes in late, there may be a $30 late fee (handled case by case).

• If final/full payment hasn’t been made at least 1 week before homecoming, I may have to cancel the order depending on my schedule and availability.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Cash App, PayPal.

📅 Ordering Timeframe

• Standard Mums & Garters: Require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to ensure time for materials and customization.

• Themed Mums: These non-traditional, fully custom designs require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice due to additional planning and materials.

• Need it sooner? Rush orders are sometimes available depending on my schedule and are subject to the following additional rush fees:

  • $50 rush fee for orders placed less than 2 weeks before homecoming(4 weeks for themed)

  • $75 rush fee for orders placed 1 week before(2 weeks for themed)

  • $100 rush fee for orders placed within same week(minimum of 3 days’ notice)(will not accept for themed requests)

🎨 Themed Mums & Garters

• Themed mums and garters are extra special and require materials I don’t always keep on hand. Because of this, there’s an additional charge to cover sourcing unique supplies. These designs also require at least 4 weeks’ notice to make sure I can get everything you want in time.

🚗 Pickup & Delivery

• All mums and garters are local pickup or meet-up only. Shipping isn’t available to keep your order safe and looking its best.

• I will meet out:

  • As far south from me as Buc-ees in Melissa, TX

  • As far north from me as Durant, OK

  • As far east from me as Savoy, TX

  • As far west from me as Whitesboro, TX.

• Pickups are typically scheduled for the weekend before your homecoming date so your mum or garter is finished, fluffed, and ready to wear! Mon–Wed before homecoming can sometimes be arranged depending on my schedule.

• Pickup details are arranged through your preferred contact method to make it easy and convenient.

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

• Because every mum is custom-made, all sales are final.

• Cancellations are handled case by case. If materials are already purchased or work has begun, refunds may not be possible.

• Payment plan cancellations: only the remaining balance after deducting the 30% non-refundable deposit and any late fees) will be refunded.

💳 Chargebacks & Disputes

• Because every mum and garter is custom-made, all sales are final. In the event of a chargeback attempt, I will provide all supporting documentation to dispute the claim.

• If you ever have concerns about your order, please reach out to me directly so we can make sure you’re happy with your mum or garter!

✂️ Design Requests

• I love seeing inspiration photos, but I don’t copy other mum makers’ exact work. If you have a specific style in mind, I can absolutely incorporate your favorite elements while keeping my own creative touch.

• For exact replicas, I encourage supporting the original creator.​

📸 Progress Photos & Approval

• I send progress pictures along the way so you can see your mum or garter come to life and make sure everything looks right.

• Once you approve the design, no major changes can be made.

• The photos I send to you are for verification purposes and aren’t shared publicly.

🌐 Customer Photos & Social Media

• I love showing off finished creations! Photos of completed mums and garters may be shared on Annie’s Mums’ social media, website, or marketing materials.

• If you send me photos of your mum in action, you’re giving me permission to share them online with my watermark or logo added.

• Don’t want them shared? No problem, just let me know when you send them.
